SORRY!

Just returning from a solid week trip in London and here are a few learnings and myths to share and to debunk.

Beer is not always warm, you are encouraged to drink at lunch and all day.  You have to in fact, because eating after 10 is a mystery.  Pubs and most everything shut at 11, except Crazie Homies (and a few more) C.Homies is ridiculous awesome Mexican food (they actually do shut but if you are there you can stay).

Soldiers

Also, if you think Spitzers is great and like the LES/NYC feel, head to SoHo and go to Spuntino.

Soldiers for dipping! ——>

Also on the menu were Beef & Bone Marrow sliders, fried chicken, AWESOME mac and cheese, stuffed and fried olives, and so much more.

We gorged ourselves, natch.

They served beers in half pint glasses   (a mistake if you know me) so it was amusing to continue to order them by the handful and watch our server run for them.

Really this entire post is about food if you havent noticed.  We did see some Galleries and Museums but really this is the important stuff…

Kerbisher & Malt

So with that stated…another amazing spot is near Hammersmith/Fulham called Kerbisher & Malt and they had maybe the best Fish ‘n Chips on the planet.

And. Finally.  In general people said ‘sorry’ a lot.

As for the word sorry…

Translations/synonyms:

  • I’m not sorry.
  • Move, now.
  • I didn’t hear you?
  • What do you want?
  • My child is obnoxious and I couldn’t care less.

Antonyms:

  • I’m sorry.

Sorry.
